Joachim Herz Stiftung
The Hamburg-based Joachim Herz Stiftung owes its existence to Joachim Herz, an entrepreneur of Hamburg origin, who died in May 2008, and to his wife Petra Herz. The non-profit foundation started its work in 2008 and focuses on the sponsorship of education, science and research namely in economics and business administration, law, medicine, chemistry, physics and biology. With the start of academic year 2009-2010, the Joachim Herz Stiftung joins the Bucerius Law School and WHU in the Program, now known as the Bucerius/WHU Master of Law and Business - Joachim Herz Program.
UBS Deutschland AG
UBS Deutschland AG is part of UBS AG, a financial services firm that offers a combination of wealth management, asset management and investment banking services on a global and regional basis headquartered in Zurich and Basel, Switzerland. Its history reaches back to the 19th century to the founding of the Swiss Bank corporation, while today’s UBS AG arose from the merger of Union Bank of Switzerland (Zurich) and Swiss Bank Corporation (Basel) to form UBS AG in 1998.
ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius
As one of the largest privately funded charitable foundations in Germany, the Hamburg-based foundation was initiated in 1961 by Gerd Bucerius, publisher and founder of the liberal and independent weekly journal DIE ZEIT. Its activities are centered on research and scholarship, art and culture as well as education and training. The ZEIT-Stiftung has founded a number of its own institutions in order to guarantee sustainability in its statutory areas of activity, the Bucerius Law School, founded in 2000 as the first private university for law studies in Germany, being its flagship.

Allen and Overy LLP is a major international law firm providing legal services for global business and industry. Originally founded in London in 1930, the firm operates highly international with offices in 26 countries, including more than 470 partners within their employees.
Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach-Stiftung
The German entrepreneur Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach initiated that his private funds as well as his company assets would entirely go towards this foundation upon his death. The foundation started operating in 1968 and sponsors projects in the fields of research, education, health, sports, literature music and the arts.
Haspa
The Hamburger Sparkasse AG (Haspa) is the leading bank for private customers as well as medium-sized businesses in Hamburg and its surrounding area. It was founded in 1827 originally as a bank for citizens with lower incomes and changed to be a bank for citizens with varying backgrounds. The Haspa is one of the biggest employers in Hamburg.
Gustav und Catharina Schürfeld-Stiftung
The Gustav und Catharina Schürfeld-Stiftung is based in Hamburg and was founded in 1977. The foundation's focus is supporting education, culture and arts.
